It has been six months since I opened Sarah’s Coffee Shop and it has been terrific!
In that time, a whopping 6,515 customers have walked through my doors to purchase 7,924 hot drinks, 3,433 sandwiches and salads and 1,548 cakes!
As a new business that opened on a business park in the middle of a pandemic, I am very grateful for the support. Thank you to every single customer who has visited Sarah’s Coffee Shop and offered encouragement on my business venture.
I have been able to remain open with a takeaway service available during yet another lockdown period, so those that are continuing to work at and visit Severalls Business Park still have access to coffee, cake and lunch to brighten up their day.
From mid-April, I will be able to have some tables outside for customers to stop and have a break. Then in mid-May, I can re-open for customers to sit inside. I have missed welcoming you into the coffee shop and it will be nice to have some company back!
On November 10th, I also launched my loyalty scheme on the Embargo App, and I already have 70 customers currently using it. I have given out 59 free coffees so far using this app and one customer has racked up an incredible 127 stamps!

At the end of the third (and hopefully final) lockdown, Sarah’s Coffee Shop is definitely starting to get busier – I am even looking for my first employee to join me!
Offices are looking to start opening again from April and I will still be here to welcome you with coffee and cake or something for lunch, along with a smile.
